Numbers from Coshocton’s OVI Checkpoint

COSHOCTON – The Ohio State Highway Patrol conducted an OVI checkpoint Friday evening in the City of Coshocton.
According to Lt. Matt Boyd the checkpoint occurred at the intersection of Seventh St. and Alder St. in Coshocton from 8 p.m. till 11 p.m.
During that time 165 vehicles drove through the checkpoint. Only one vehicle was diverted for sobriety testing. That car was also emitting the smell of marijuana. In addition multiple traffic stop were made and several violations were given out.
