Patrol: Woman on bicycle fatally struck by minivan

LEBANON, Ohio (AP) — The State Highway Patrol says a woman in Ohio lost control of the bicycle she was riding, rode over a road’s center line and was fatally struck by a minivan.
The patrol’s Lebanon post said in a release that 34-year-old Stephanie Vesper, of Loveland, was struck shortly before 5 p.m. Sunday in Warren County road in southwestern Ohio. Troopers say she was flown to a hospital in Cincinnati where she was later pronounced dead.
Troopers say the driver of the minivan and a bicyclist who was riding with Vesper were not injured.
The patrol says the crash remains under investigation.
