Pet of the week: 3-year-old Beagle Hank

ZANESVILLE, Ohio- It’s Friday and you know what that means, it’s time for the pet of the week.

This week’s featured pet is 3 year old beagle named Hank. He is very energetic and friendly. Hank came into the shelter in November as a stray. The Animal Shelter’s Executive Director, Jody Murray said Hank will be a great addition to any home.

“Hank is $75 which includes him being up to date on his vaccinations, microchip,” Murray said. “He had his surgery and is ready to go. If someone is interested in him, we always recommend people come in and spend some time in our play room. Adopting is a long term commitment.”

Murray said the animal shelter is always in need of volunteers especially during this season.

“Come out and visit. Walk our dogs and spend some time with us during the holidays,” Murray said.
