ZANESVILLE, Ohio- After breakfast Santa made another stop in Muskingum County Saturday afternoon.

St. Nick brought his workshop to the Zanesville Civic League Community Center.

“It’s an opportunity for the community to come down and make inexpensive gifts,” Assistant Director, Adonis Brooks said. “For $3 you get a meal and you get the options of making two crafts. And for an additional $3 you get to make all of the crafts. There are 12 crafts in total here today”

Children were able to get their creative juices flowing. The workshop featured arts and crafts. Just in time for Christmas.

“Basically just come down and spend time without being on your phone or iPad, bring back all the old traditional ways,” Brooks said.

Brooks said the next event the civic league will host is a mother and son dance from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tickets are $8 in advance and $10 at the door.
