Sheridan uses second-half surge to down West M

THORNVILLE, Ohio — The Sheridan Generals improved to 15-3 on the season with a convincing 85-58 win over West Muskingum on Tuesday night.

The Generals held a surprisingly thin lead at halftime, just 32-26 over the Tornadoes. But the second half was a much different story.

Sheridan outscored West M 53-32 in the final 16 minutes to earn their 11th league-win of the season– good for second-place in the MVL.

Luken Hill lead all scorers with 15 points, while Ethan Heller and Dylan Emmert each added 13. Gray Bennett chipped in 10 points in the win as well.
