Sheridan wins rematch against John Glenn

NEW CONCORD, Ohio – The first time Sheridan and John Glenn played the Little Muskies won by 26 points. Friday night the Generals got their revenge.

Lead by Ethan Heller’s 21 points, Sheridan built up a 14 point second half lead. However, the Little Muskies defense stepped up in the third and fourth quarters to force steals and eventually tied the game up.

However, down the stretch the Generals were able to hang on and hit clutch free throws to secure the 63-58 victory.

Justin Heacock was the leading scorer for the Little Muskies with 17 points.

The loss was just the second league loss of the season for John Glenn. They have a big home game with first place Tri-Valley on Tuesday

Sheridan is now 16-3 overall and 12-3 in the MVL.
