State Senator Balderson Honored

A local State Legislator has been honored by Ohio’s Agricultural Industry. State Senator Troy Balderson has received the “Friend of Agriculture” distinction this week in support farming. Balderson says growing up on my family’s farm he learned the value of hard work and developed a deep appreciation for the important role Ohio’s farmers play in their communities.” Balderson added that he is honored to accept this award and will continue to serve as a voice for farmers who contribute to feeding, clothing and fueling our society every day as part of Ohio’s number one industry. The award is a distinction for elected officials who have supported the public policy goals representing the interests of the agriculture community.
