The 2026 Quilt Show has started at the Zane State College Campus Center

ZANESVILLE, Ohio – More than 200 quilts are currently filling the Zane State College Campus Center for the 2026 Quilt Show.
The Pieceable Quilters Club presents the quilt show and showcases quilting projects from a wide range of members. According to the event’s co-chairman, Tammy Swingle, they have projects from quilters between the ages of 13 and 95. On top of all the artistic quilts on display, the club has organized a silent auction.
“A couple of our members have passed away and we’re doing memorial baskets for them, for donation. It is a silent auction and it’s anywhere from Longaberger baskets filled with gift cards. There’s fabric, there’s wool, there’s tools, notions; they’re filled with all kinds of good stuff,” Swingle said.
The quilt show continues tomorrow from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. with a food truck, several vendors, and door prizes. On top of all that, there’s a quilt raffle at 3 p.m., educational demonstrations and a bake sale fundraiser.
“We have a baked goods table, all homemade pies, cookies, brownies. All packaged individual, delicious; I can’t wait to go see them,” Swingle said.
Zanesville Mayor Don Mason attended the opening day of the quilt show and awarded one lucky quilt with the Mayor’s Choice Award. The piece was titled “Africa Safari Trip” and was made to serve as a memory quilt after a hunting trip to Africa.
