This week’s ‘Pet of the Week’

ZANESVILLE, Ohio – Like every Friday we went to the Zanesville Animal Shelter Society to see this week’s ‘Pet of the Week.’

This week’s pet is Theresa, a two-year old cat who weighs ten pounds. Charity Stevens, the assistant director for the Animal Shelter Society, said that Theresa is looking for a forever home.

“She loves to be held and petted, but she’s curious as well so she has a high prey drive. So if you had any unwanted varmints she would be your girl. All that she asks in return is to be loved on,” said Stevens.

Theresa is spayed and has a microchip in her and only costs $30. She can be adopted directly at the Animal Shelter Society.
