Train Derailment In Columbus Forces Evacuation

A fire official say a freight train detailed overnight in Columbus and burst into flames, causing an explosion and injuring at least two people.  Lieutenant Terry Bush says people living in a one-mile radius of the blast have been evacuated.  A hazardous materials team is on the scene.  Nortfolk Southern says it appears about 11 cars of a southbound train derailed around 2 a.m. Wednesday near I-71, southeast of The Ohio State University Campus.  A Columbus Division Spokesman says authorities believe the cargo included some type of alcohol that could fuel the fire. A site at the State Fairgrounds has been set up to help about 100 evacuees.
