DRESDEN, Ohio – A Tri-Valley athlete will be living out his dream of golfing at the college level.

Tri-Valley senior Dalton Crowley signed his letter today to compete on the golf team at Ohio Dominican University in Columbus. The Panthers compete on the Division II level.

Crowley said that ODU just seemed like the right fit for him.

“It was my first visit and I just loved everything about it. The coach was great. I think I fit in well with the team,” said Crowley.

Crowley dominated the golf course during his four years in Dresden. He lettered all four years in the sport and all four years held the lowest average on the team. In addition to being all-MVL all four years, he also was a state qualifier in 2016.

He signed his letter Tuesday afternoon at the high school in front of family, friends, and classmates. He said the support he’s received during his time at Tri-Valley has been phenomenal.

“It appreciate every bit of it. The support I get is great because golf is not always a sports that is talked about a lot. For them to come out and support me, I’m blessed,” said Crowley.
