Zanesville Police Sergeant Chris Phipps says 28-year-old Terrie Glosser was pulling out of the Staple's lot on Country Club Drive, when 19-year-old Jessie Mikalik went through a red light on State Route 60 and struck her vehicle. The force of the impact pushed Glosser's vehicle onto its side.
