State of Emergency/Disaster Declaration in Roseville

The Muskingum County Emergency Management Agency says the Mayor of Roseville is seeking state and federal funds after Monday night’s storms. E-M-A Director Jeff Jadwin says Mayor Darrin Strate has signed the papers to issue a State of Emergency Disaster Declaration. That move will help Roseville quality for state or federal funding to help with the clean up of storm damage. Jadwin says two-thirds of the village is without power. He says it will likely take all day to clear trees and other debris from multiple closed roads in the area.
