Power Outage in Muskingum County

American Electric Power is reporting a power outage in Zanesville and South Zanesville.  A-E-P says 3557 customers are without service.  The problem happened at 11:10 am Monday.  A-E-P crews are investigating the cause, which has not yet been determined.  There are reports of traffic lights which are not operational which means motorists need to treat that intersection as a four-way stop.
