Brandon Jo Wickham

Brandon Jo Wickham, 40 of Fort Myers, Florida, went to be with his Lord & Savior on July 20, 2026.
Brandon, the son of Dawn A. (Wickham) Jones, was born on June 6, 1986, in Cambridge, Ohio.
In addition to his mother, Brandon is survived by his son, Kyron Jo, his sister, Erica Jones, and his stepfather, Kenneth Jones.
He also leaves behind his aunts and uncles, Theresa (Mark) Campbell, Rebecca (Russell) LaCroix, Wendy Misock, Amber (Michael) Schuiteman, James (Kimberly) Wickham, Donald Wickham, Kelly (Jones) Rinehart, and Tim (Kathy) Jones, as well as many cousins. Brandon also leaves behind his beloved dog and loyal companion “Sugar Bear”.
Brandon was preceded in death by his “Grandma Mary” (Jones), his “Grandma Betty” (Zmij), and his “Grandma Linda” (Wickham).
More than anything, Brandon cherished being a father. Fatherhood was the greatest joy of his life. He treasured every moment spent with his son whether they were fishing, splashing around at the pool, playing rounds of miniature golf or simply being silly together. Those moments were the ones he held closest to his heart and watching the love between them was truly beautiful.
Brandon had a kind heart and a beautiful soul that touched everyone who knew him. He held faith in God, which brought him strength and peace throughout his life. His love of simple, joyful moments extended to everyone he met. He had a gift for making people laugh and never missed a chance to brighten someone’s day with his sense of humor and kindness. That same gentle spirit shaped the way he loved the people around him. Although his life ended far too soon, the love, laughter and memories he shared will remain with us forever.
The family would like to express their heartfelt appreciation to Harvey–Engelhardt Funeral Services of Fort Myers and The Farus Funeral Home of New Concord for their compassionate care and support during this time. A celebration of Brandon’s life will be held for the family at a later date.
John 14:27 “Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled, and do not be afraid.”
