Ohio State Honors Seniors and Tressel in Week One Rout

COLUMBUS, OH – There was more than one reason to celebrate on Saturday afternoon at “The Shoe” in Columbus. Perhaps it was the long-awaited return of the college football season, specifically to see the Ohio State Buckeyes get back on the field. Option B, was celebrating the thirty members of the senior class who were recognized on Senior Day ahead of game one, including Zanesville High School alum Julian-Goines Jackson. Meanwhile, Option C, was the return of current Lieutenant Governor of Ohio, and former great Buckeyes coach Jim Tressel, who takes his place in the Ohio State football ring of honor.

Regardless of reason, the Buckeye faithful were in for a show as the Buckeyes kicked off the season with a bang.
