Buckeyes slip to 11th in latest AP Poll

ZANESVILLE, Ohio — Saturday was not a good day for the Big Ten in terms of the College Football Playoff picture, especially for the Buckeyes who appeared to control their own destiny before being dismantled at the hands of Iowa to the tune of 55-24 yesterday in Iowa City. As a result, the Buckeyes have slipped from 3rd to 11th in the latest AP Poll.
Penn State who was also defeated by Michigan State, for their second-straight loss, fell from 7th to 16th, while the Spartans moved up to 13th from no. 24. Undefeated Wisconsin is now the highest-ranked Big Ten team at no. 6.
