Rollover ATV accident in Duncan Falls

DUNCAN FALLS, Ohio – The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a rollover ATV accident that happened just before 5 p.m. Tuesday evening.

Officials said 19-year-old, Lane Deal, of Chandlersville was driving a 2006 Honda ATV northbound on Salt Creek Drive near State Route 146 when he lost control and flipped. Deal was ejected from the ATV and sustained serious injuries. He was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash. Deal was transported to Genesis ER where was later transferred to Grant Medical Center.

Ohio State Highway Patrol, Wayne Township Fire Department, Salt Creek Township Fire Department and Genesis Community Ambulance assisted on scene. His condition is unknown at this time.
