Annie Priest heading to Marietta for track & field

DRESDEN, Ohio — Another Tri-Valley athlete is headed to the next level to continue to their athletic career, as Annie Priest signed her letter of intent on Monday afternoon to go to Marietta College.

Annie has a number of accomplishments in both academics and athletics. In the classroom, she is a member of the National Honor Society, and earned four honors for maintaining a perfect 4.0 GPA all four years of high school. Annie also earned Muskingum Valley League Scholar Athlete honors in volleyball and track & field.

On the field, Annie played in the District 12 All-Star Volleyball Game this past fall, and earned 2018 All-Ohioan track & field honors for the indoor track season in the weight throw.

Annie also won titles at the Muskingum Valley League track & field championships last week in both the discuss and shot-put.
