Rodney Lee Davis (October 9, 1935 – June 20, 2010)

Rodney Lee Davis, 74, of Zanesville, died Sunday, June 20, 2010 at his residence. He was born October 9, 1935, in Muskingum County, a son of the late Walter J. and Alta Mae McGee Davis. He was a retired truck driver. He was a member of the Teamsters Union and a volunteer for the Easter Seals.

Surviving are four sons, Gary Davis of Zanesville and Roy (Rachel) Davis of Zanesville, Rex (Lisa) Davis of Cambridge and Randy (Tina) Davis of Zanesville; a step son, Troy (Chrissy) Martin of Nashport; ten grandchildren; and a sister, Carol (Wayne) Cosgray of Zanesville.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by nine brothers and sisters.

No calling hours will be observed. A dignified cremation has taken place. Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 1271 Blue Ave., Zanesville is entrusted with all arrangements.
