A few area choirs came together to make a joyful noise Sunday evening at the 24th Annual Zanesville Handbell Festival.

Before eating that huge Thanksgiving meal, runners hit the pavement for the 4th annual Race for Grace 5K.

Grace United Methodist Church held the race as a fundraiser for the food pantry at Eastside Community Ministry. Event Planner, Becky Woods, says each year has been a success with an additional 30-40 runners this year.

The 22nd annual Handbell Festival "rang" in the holiday season on Sunday evening.

A lifetime spent maintaining and caring for his hometown was recognized Saturday as members of the community pitched in to help 89 year-old Wally Moore clean-up downtown Zanesville.

Moore was once a commonly seen man among the streets of downtown. His deep appreciation for his city inspired him to walk the streets, pulling weeds, picking up garbage and bringing attention to the areas in need.

A musical past-time for one local man will find a new tune in the hands of a young musician.

A trombone that has been halfway around the world and back brought-out many memories for Zanesville Resident Roger Eppley.
