The Muskingum Hunger Network wants you to eat breakfast Saturday to help provide a meal to those less fortunate.

A pancake breakfast is being held Saturday morning at the Applebee's on Maple Avenue as the final portion of this year's Operation Feed campaign.

Nearly 20 area dignitaries were pied in the face to raise money for the operation feed campaign hosted by Christ's Table on Thursday.

On Thursday members of Century National Bank presented a check to a local organization that strives to feed our needy.

Local celebrities are bracing themselves to take a pie in the face this Thursday, all for a good cause.

On Saturday,  the National Association of Letter Carriers will be conducting the 22nd Annual Stamp out Hunger Dood Drive. The nation's largest one day food drive.

Muskingum County postal costumers are being asked to leave non perishable food items near your mailbox before carriers deliver the mail. Suggested items include canned good, pasta, peanut butter, rice and cereal.

What do a sheriff, fire chief, county commissioner, and a mayor have in common? For Zanesville and Muskingum County, they all got pies thrown in their faces Wednesday afternoon.

Riesbeck's in downtown Zanesville is sponsoring the shopping spree event for the second year in a row. It raises money for Operation Feed and is set for Friday, May 24 at 8:30 a.m.

Operation Feed continues to raise funds for the food pantries and hot meal programs in our area.

A quilt made by the Red Cross Guild of the Pieceable Quilters is the part of the latest fundraiser. Operation Feed is currently selling raffle tickets in order to give the quilt a good home. Operation Feed volunteer Keely Warden said she'd like to raise $500 from the raffle.
