The Ohio State Highway Patrol is giving safety tips for young drivers and their parents to keep in mind as the warm weather comes our way. The Zanesville post says serious injury and fatal crashes in the past two years involving young drivers have been on the rise and that distracted driving is a huge contributing factor for those crashes.
