Body Found in Franklin County May be from Zanesville

The Zanesville Police Department is investigating the discovery of a body in Franklin County. Chief Tony Coury says it could a missing local person. He says he thinks there is foul play involved in the death. Coury says they have a person of interest in the case. The body was found in the southern part of Franklin County Thursday night. Zanesville Police announced Thursday that they were looking for 64-year-old Elizabeth Alvarez. The case remains under investigation.
