Body Discovered in Wayne National Forest

The Perry County Sheriff’s Office said they’re investigating the report of a deceased male.

Authorities said they were called to Wayne National Forest Stone Church Stables on Stone Church Hollow Road on Saturday around 4pm.

The sheriff’s office said when they arrived they found a deceased male in a vehicle parked on the property.

The release of the man’s identity is pending. The cause of death is undetermined at this time. The male has been transported to the Licking County Coroner’s Office for an autopsy.
