CAMBRIDGE, OH – Moviegoers at UEC Premiere Theater in Cambridge are getting more than just a ticket and popcorn this Halloween season.

The theater’s lobby has been transformed with cobwebs stretching across the ceilings and walls, along with several Halloween-themed inflatables welcoming customers.

The decorations have become an annual tradition for theater employees, who enjoy coming together to bring a little extra excitement to the moviegoing experience.

General Manager Randy Hossler said the employees share a close friendship and look forward to decorating the theater each year. The team also tries to add new decorations to make the display bigger and better than the year before.

Assistant General Manager Cade Orwig said the decorations have been a hit with customers, who enjoy seeing the festive displays when they walk through the doors.

While the Halloween decorations will remain on display through the end of October, employees are already looking ahead to decorating for Christmas.

For the theater’s staff, it’s all about continuing a tradition and bringing a little extra fun to the movies.
