Chamber of Commerce 2024 Golf Outing

ZANESVILLE, OH- The Chamber of Commerce had their 2024 Chamber Member Golf Outing at Eaglesticks Golf Club today.

There were 32 teams representing different businesses in the Muskingum County area. The winning team received a cash prize.

“Our Chamber of Commerce is hosting the first of our two golf outings of the season, we’re very excited to be able to host local businesses’, and it’s an opportunity for them to bring clients with them, reward their customers and to have a good time coming out here playing golf at Eaglesticks golf course,” said Dana Matz, Chamber of Commerce President.

Lunch was provided for those who attended the golf outing. The event serves as a way for local businesses in the community to interact with each other.

“We’re just like many others Chamber of Commerce, we’re here to serve our local business community, and we do all kinds of business training and things like that, but this is the reward where you get to come out and enjoy a day out of the office, I see business people on their phones still working, it’s and opportunity to spend time with their employees and bring clients, some folks have brought clients who have never played on this course so it is a great way to expose the course as well,” said Matz.

The Chambers of Commerce will be hosting another golf outing in August.
