60th Crooksville-Roseville Pottery Festival
CROOKSVILLE, OH – Crooksville is ready to mold new memories as the Pottery Festival celebrates 60 years, and this party’s shaping up to be a great one!
This year’s festival, themed “Our Diamond Jubilee, Celebrating 60 Years of Pottery,” will take place July 10th through the 12th at the Crooksville Village park. Festivities kick off at 12pm on Thursday with a ceremonial plate breaking and auction featuring Hull Pottery.
“I think it brings everybody together. We’re all in one place and celebrating this together,” 2024 Miss Pottery Queen’s Attendant Karlei Wagoner said.
“I think it’s just great to see everybody celebrate our community and our heritage,“ 2024 Miss Pottery Queen, Phoebe Woods added.
Visitors can look forward to the Queen Pageant, a pie baking competition, over 15 food vendors, pottery sales of all kinds, live music, a fireworks show and plenty more.
“Our festival usually has a bunch of rides for the kids and the games. We have a bunch of food vendors, and we have a lot of pottery games to play too,” Woods said.
