Boil Advisory Issued for Northend of Zanesville

Zanesville, Ohio–The City of Zanesville’s Water Department has issued a boil advisory for Military Rd and North of Military Rd. as well as Newark Rd to the Muskingum River. Customers need to boil their water until further notice.

Officials said a water main break at Northpointe Drive and Highpointe Ct. has drained both of the water tanks on the north end of town.

Crews are working to repair the 16 inch water main in that area.
